第1ターミナル 1978年にオープンした第1ターミナルは、北ウイング・中央ビルディング・南ウイングからなります。ターミナルビルディングは463,000㎡（4,980,000sqft）のフロアスペースと40ゲートを備えています。2020年1月の時点で国際線47社と国内線3社が使用し、スカイチームが北ウイング、スターアライアンスが南ウイングを使用しています。現在、全日空が南ウイングの主たるオペレーターです。国際線のチェックインと出発手続きは4階で行われ、到着ロビーは１階です。国内線のチェックインは１階の南ウイング南端で行われ、到着ロビーは3階です。最寄り駅は地下１階の”成田空港駅”です。殆どのショップとレストランは中央ビルの４階と５階にあります。
Terminal 1 Terminal 1, which opened in 1978, is divided into a North Wing, Central Building, and a South Wing. The terminal building has a floor space of 463,000㎡（4,980,000sqft) and equipped with the 40 gates. As of January, 2020, 47 international airlines and 3 domestic airlines use there. Sky Team carriers use the North Wings and Star Alliance carriers use the South Wings. All Nippon Airways is currently the main operator in a South Wing. International flights check-in and departures are carried out on the forth floor, and the arrival lounges are located on the first floor. Domestic flights check-in are carried out at the southern tip of a South Wing on the first floor, and the arrival lobby is located on the third floor. The nearest station is "Narita Airport Station" on the basement. Most shops and restaurants are located on the fourth and fifth floors of the Central Building.
第2ターミナル 1992年にオープンした第2ターミナルは、391,000㎢（4,210,000sqft）のフロアスペースと32ゲートを備えています。2020年1月の時点で国際線40社と国内線1社が使用し、主なアライアンスはワンワールドです。現在、日本航空が第2ターミナルの主なオペレーターです。国際線チェックインと出国手続きは3階で行われ、到着ロビーは１階で、AとBに分かれています。国内線のチェックインは本館1階南端で行われ、到着ロビーは2階です。最寄り駅は地下１階の”空港第２ビル駅”です。殆どのショップとレストランは本館4階にあります。
Terminal 2 Terminal 2, which opened in 1992, has a floor space of 391,000㎡（4,210,000sqft) and 32 gates. As of January, 2020, 40 international airlines and 1 domestic airline use there and an alliance is mainly One world. Japan Airlines is currently the main operator in T2. International flights check-in and departures are carried out on the third floor, and the arrival lobby are located on the first floor, which is divided into A and B. Domestic flights check-in are carried out at the southern tip of a main building on the first floor, and the arrival lobby is located on the second floor. The nearest station is " Airport Terminal 2 Station"
on the basement. Most shops and restaurants are located on the fourth floor.
第3ターミナル 2015年にオープンしたLCC用の第3ターミナルは、第2ターミナルから北西へ500ｍ以上の所に位置します。2020年1月の時点で、国際線6社と国内線3社が使用しています。全フライトのチェックインと出発手続きは2階で行われ、到着ロビーは1階です。最寄り駅は、第2ターミナル地下1階の”空港第2ビル駅”です。電車か車で来る第3ターミナルの使用者は、最初に第2ターミナルに行ってください。第2ターミナルと第3ターミナルの移動は、徒歩で約１５分、無料バスで約３分かかります。殆どのショップとレストランは2階にあり、フードコートは日本の空港の中で最も広く、24時間オープンの店舗もあります。
Terminal 3 Terminal 3 for LCC, which opened in 2015, is located more than 500m northwest of Terminal 2. As of January,2020, 6 international airlines and 3 domestic airlines use there. All flights check-in and departures are carried out on the second floor, and the arrival lobby are located on the first floor. The nearest station is "Airport Terminal 2 Station" on the basement. Passengers using Terminal 3 who are coming by train or by car are requested to first go to Terminal 2. Passengers either walk (approx. 15 minutes) or use the free Terminal Shuttle Bus (direct bus: approx. three minutes). Most shops and restaurants are located on the second floor. Some of shops in a large food court are open 24 hours.
As the coronavirus pandemic takes a devastating toll on air travel, airlines have cut flights and reduce total seating. Several shops and restaurants have suspended or shut up business.
