About Ground Floor of Terminal 1
On the ground floor, there are JR & KEISEI stations. They will take you to Tokyo and Kanto
When you buy a subway ticket and PASMO, visit the SKYLINER & KEISEI INFORMATION CENTER 11.
When you buy a ticket for the KEISEI SKYLINER, visit the ticket counter or SKYLINER & KEISEI INFORMATION CENTER 11 .
When you buy a ticket of the Keisei Main Line and Narita SKY ACCESS, use a ticket vending
When you refund PASMO, visit the staff near the ticket gate.
When you exchange your JAPAN Rail Pass voucher, visit the JR EAST Travel Service Center 10.
When you buy a ticket for the JR NARITA EXPRESS, visit the ticket counter.
When you buy a regular ticket, SUICA and Welcome SUICA, use a ticket vending machine.
When you refund SUICA, use the vending machine at the end on the right.
＊ Currently some of the Skyliner trains are suspended and JR Express (NEX) trains are suspended in the daytime, due to the pandemic of COVID-19. Please check the updated timetable.

When you're going to Terminal 2 or 3, please take a free bus at No.6 bus stop on the 1st floor.
You'll take the escalators or nonstop elevator to South Wing International Departure Lobby(4th Floor).
