About 1st floor of Terminal 2

When you buy a railway ticket, visit Ticket Sales Counters 10, 26.


*Currently some of the Skyliner trains are suspended and JR Express (NEX) trains are suspended in the daytime, due to the pandemic of COVID-19. Please check the updated timetable.


When you buy a bus ticket of Airport Limousine Bus, Keisei Bus, Narita Kuko Kotsu and Chiba Kotsu, AIRPORT BUS TKY-NRT and Narita Shuttle, visit Ticket Sales Counters 10, 26.

When you rent a car, visit 9(Toyota/Times CAR/Nippon/Nissan/Orix).

You'll find ATM at 6,20, and automatic currency exchange machine at 32.


When you need to reserve a hotel, visit 24.

When you need more information on your trip, visit Tourist Information Center 25.

When you have a stopover at the terminal, visit Transit & Stay Program Counter 30.

Volunteers will show you around Narita City. A reservation is necessary.

When you exchange your voucher of JR Pass, visit JR EAST Travel Service Center 10 on the ground floor.

When you rent a mobile phone/Wi-Fi and SIM Card, visit 28/29(JAL ABC/QL Liner),

24(Telecom Square), 12(J Wifi & Mobile), 10,26(SoftBank Global Rental) 26(AnyFone).

You'll find SIM Card Vending Machine at 4, 6, 31.


When you need your baggage to be delivered or stored, visit GPA 7, JAL ABC 28 or QL Liner 29).

When you have temporary storage for bonded luggage,Please visit 2(SEINO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SERVICE).


You'll find a prayer room near the north exit 1.

To go to Terminal 2 & 3, You'll take a shuttle bus at the bus stop 8, 18.

To go to Hotels in the vicinity of Narita Airport, you'll take a shuttle bus at the bus stop 25,26,27,31-B, 32,33. For details please ask the information counter.)

To take a taxi, go outdoors at Central Exit 1.

To go to Terminal 3, you'll walk the 600-meter corridor or take a shuttle bus at the bus

stop 1.


There are highway bus services for Tokyo, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Ikebukuro, Oosaki, Hibiya, Roppongi, Shibuya, Kichijoji, Odaiba, Asakusa, Ebisu, Tachikawa, Hachioji, Haneda Airport, Yokohama, Tokyo Disney Resort, Makuhari Messe, Oomiya and so on.


There are highway LCB (Low Cost Bus) services for Tokyo Sta./Ginza Sta.(Yurakucho)/Shinonome Depot.

The single fare is 1,300yen.
